Always enter into a conversation being willing to learn something new.

A conversation without a willingness to learn does not spring from our true nature — nor is it actually a dialogue.
And if we remember to honor the true, innermost nature of the one with whom we are speaking, our words will be informed by understanding and compassion — which are pathways to humility and fairness, and therefore to true learning.
